Stay was okay, however the current management was not organised and they are not aware of the property details. We have requested for ground floor rooms long back to the receptionist, however they have not considered my request and given the room to another guest. In addition, we have ordered 3 ac rooms however they have given 1 non ac room. Which was bit dissatisfied. How do we get the refund?

Amount was little huge. Room cleaning was not good and not kept towels, soap and paste.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel, with many issues not matching what was promised during booking. The room wasn't clean, there was a bad odor, and essential amenities like the fan and TV didn't work. They also failed to provide the free Wi-Fi that was advertised. To top it off, the hotel management demanded extra money during checkout. Overall, it sounds like a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The Hotel rooms are very worst. We need payment return for this worst stay. They give room at 3rd floor, there is no lift

The hotel room was average. The dining area and restaurant were closed during our stay and we had to go out to eat food. The staff were courteous but there was no hot water, probably due to the cloudy weather. The car parking area was adequate and the place is next to the beach. Overall an average place.

Room was good, swimming pool is good. Well maintained. We took 3 rooms for our family, all well maintained. Staff behavior is very good.

The place was so isolated, there was no cafeteria atal, for food, coffee and tea, we have to come out 10 kms to have food each time. Hence you will have only one bed to stay here and nothing else. I went with 1 year old kid and became very difficult with lack of basic amenities also. Please don't visit the place with your kids.
